It is 9:37 and the lights went out at 4. Other areas in Charlotte have power and had the same storm. But over here in this Black and Brown community we in the dark. I know I have neighbors with medicine that is probably going bad. But @DukeEnergy can’t be bothered.

@DukeEnergy I would really like some answers this time, this is the third outage in the span of 3 months that we've had. Every other apartment complex around us has power except for hours. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Hey @DukeEnergy ....at 3pm the power would be back at 6:45....then 7:45.....now midnight. My fish would like to know how long they need to hold their breathe. (Googling battery pumps.)
