I'm truly surprised by the negative reviews of this spot - I've found it to be nothing but convenient, clean, organized and having a tremendously friendly staff.Having a major competitor around the corner my contribute to the fact that this store is less than frustratingly overwhelming, but still - the crew that manages and works at this spot have done an excellent job of creating a wonderful shopping environment.Compared to their competitor, which has a parking lot impossible to navigate, and lines that seem to never end - this place is a joy and I'm grateful to live nearby!I will say, the lines for the cafe and the customer service desk can sometimes be extremely slow, but other than that, I have no complaints! If you don't already, definitely use "Scan and Go" on your phone to save so so so much time during checkout!
I really used to like going to this location but lately each time I come to this location I ask why I come here anymore. They changed the normal membership hours from 9 a.m to 10 a.m, and plus members can shop at 9 a.m. It's very annoying when you like to get your shopping done early. I came around 5 minutes before 10 o'clock and noticed people were standing at the entrance. The lady who was checking cards stated we couldn't come in until exactly 10 and gestures towards the customer service desk saying I could upgrade my membership to plus if I wanted to shop earlier. I couldn't help but laugh at the absurdity. It was mere minutes from 10 and they ask me to pay to shop there, when I already pay to shop there! I refuse to pay for the plus membership, when they are the ones who changed the hours. Aside from the rude bouncers at the front entrance, this location has become more and more crowded and unpleasant to shop at. The store layout is awkward and you will find people blocking the frozen section alot. You will see families with multiple carts with 1 item in them, which probably explains why on occasion there will be no carts up front. On several occasions I've had to carry my stuff in my arms, which is probably for the best so I can leave ASAP. I used to browse the different isles for deals or new stock, but the amount of people makes navigating the store annoying, so I utilize Scan and go. If you must come here, I definitely recommend utilizing the scan and go function on their app, the check out lines are weirdly placed so people have no choice but to line up in the nearby isles and will block access to merchandise. Scan and go allows you to scan the items with your phone and pay immediately , you just show the QR code to the ladies at the exit and you are free from this crazy storeThis location also shares it's parking lot with In-and-Out,so on busy days you will be hard pressed to find a parking spot. This area is also congested due to the freeway on ramp, and nearby restaurants and office buildings. Park in the back of you can, people drive like crazy and will pull out and zoom around like it's a racing track. The gas is pretty cheap, about .10-.20 cents cheaper than local gas stations. The line can get bad, so come early. All in all this location has some good things but mostly bad, you will be stressed once you leave.

Know before you go
- Use Scan and Go for a quicker checkout process on most items except alcohol
- Avoid peak hours for faster service at the food court
- Consider parking at the back of the lot to find spots more easily due to congestion near In-and-Out
Reviews
Sam's Club receives mixed reviews from customers, with complaints ranging from long wait times for services like curbside pickup and food court orders to issues with membership changes and store organization. However, some patrons praise the convenience of features like Scan and Go, cleanliness, and friendly staff. The parking lot can be busy, but gas prices are competitive. Overall, while there are areas needing improvement such as service speed in certain sections of the store, Sam's Club offers a decent shopping experience.

Great store but me and my Disabled mom sat and waited for 1 hr for a ride on cart. You would think that big of a store they would have more than 2 working carts. The worker said there's 5 total but 3 have been broken for some time. Get it together as much money as people spend in there. I had to end up pushing her on a bulk cart
We have been buying tires here for years Wife takes her car in for 2 tiresI tell her tell them the 2 on the passenger side need to be replaced. The other 2 still have 50% tread left. When she gets home she tells me they told her that they recommended the new tires get put on the rear. I said that’s fine did they rotate the 2 tires that had 50% tread left on them to the front? She said I don’t know I go check & I see no they didn’t. They removed a perfectly good tire . Now the car has 3 good tires & 1 bad tire. Instead of 4 good tires. Because someone was too lazy to rotate the 1 rim & tire to the front & put the new tires on the back. Now I have to go buy another tire . NO ! Never buying tires at Sam’s again. May not renew my membership.
